Cancellation and refunds policy

Overview

We follow a liberal cancellation policy, within the conditions set out below. Please read this page before placing an order, since it governs how any later cancellation or refund request will be handled.

• Promotional and seasonal offers — no cancellations are permitted for products or services purchased during promotional offers or special events such as month-end offers, Diwali, Christmas, or New Year. Given the limited duration of these offers, cancellations are not possible once purchased.
• 12-hour cancellation window — cancellation requests are considered only if made within 12 hours of placing an order. A request will not be entertained once the order has been communicated to vendors, merchants, or the execution team, and work has already begun.
• Payments already received — any remittance or payment already received will not be refunded under any circumstances, even if the cancellation request is made within the 12-hour window. The amount may instead be adjusted against another service or a future order within the following 90 days.
• Quality concerns — if a product or service does not meet what was shown on our website or does not meet your expectations, notify our customer service team within 12 hours of receiving it. Our team will review the concern and take appropriate action to resolve it and improve our service going forward.

All cancellation requests should be sent to our billing department. A cancellation is not considered valid until confirmed in writing by the respective department. As above, a request is only considered when made within 12 hours of placing the order and before execution of the project has started.

• No money-back guarantee — a money-back policy does not apply at Aveqro Technologies Pvt Ltd. Purchasing a product or subscribing to a service does not come with a refund guarantee. If you are not satisfied, notify our customer service team within 12 hours of receiving the product or service, and we will review the concern and take appropriate action.
• Flexible payment plans — for eligible products and services, we offer flexible payment plans where the final payment is made after you have reviewed the performance of the product or service, typically within one week of delivery.

Due to the nature of our services, Aveqro Technologies Pvt Ltd does not guarantee refunds upon cancellation. For monthly billing arrangements, payment for the following month is released only after the current month's performance has been reviewed.

Aveqro Technologies Pvt Ltd does not provide guarantees based on custom software configurations, website rankings, or third-party services, and is not responsible for refund claims arising from any of these circumstances.
